Order Approval & Production

  • Digital Proofs: Production will not begin until the customer provides written approval of the digital mockup. It is the customer’s responsibility to verify all details, including spelling, dimensions, and color placement prior to approval.

  • Intellectual Property: By submitting a design, you warrant that you possess the legal rights and required licenses to use the uploaded logos, text, or artwork. You agree to indemnify Vectorial Vision against any copyright or trademark infringement claims.

  • Manufacturing Variances: Due to the nature of custom physical products, slight variations in color matching, design alignment, and dimensions (up to a 5% tolerance) are standard and do not constitute a defect.

Payments & Shipping

  • Payment Terms: As all products are custom-made to order, 100% upfront payment is required before the production phase initiates unless an alternative net-term agreement has been explicitly signed.

  • Shipping & Delays: Turnaround times are estimates. Vectorial Vision is not liable for shipping delays caused by customs clearances, carrier issues, or force majeure events. Risk of loss transfers to the buyer once the package is handed to the shipping carrier.

Cancellations & Refunds

  • Custom Goods Policy: Because our patches and apparel are uniquely personalized, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for buyer’s remorse, incorrect size ordering, or errors approved during the digital proofing stage.

  • Order Cancellation: Orders can only be canceled for a full refund before the digital proof has been approved and production has started. Once production begins, the order is final.

  • Defective Items: If you receive a materially defective item or an item deviating significantly from the approved proof, you must notify us at support@vectorialvision.com within 7 days of delivery to qualify for a remake or store credit.

Liability & Governing Law

  • Limitation of Liability: In no event shall Vectorial Vision be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Maximum liability is capped at the total purchase price of the specific order.

  • Governing Law: These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New York, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
